April 2011 Ivy Pull

It was mighty surprising to have 7 new faces join the old timers that Saturday! Students of all shapes & sizes came to pull 100's of feet of ivy vines & we grew an immense pile of the stuff. It was waaaaay too wet to haul the pile up the slope, so we'll wait until summer to move it along. Marvelous to have fresh helpers who yanked & hauled & snorted around to eliminate that nasty creeper.

We generated a pile of ivy & added to the woodpile too.
