Lincoln Auction

SAVE THE DATE:  Lincoln Auction February 25, 2012, Mittleman Jewish Community Center!

 

The Lincoln Auction Committee is hard at work planning this year's auction to raise money to benefit our kids. The event proceeds go to the Lincoln PTA and Lincoln Boosters with the paddle raise funds going to the Lincoln Foundation. Together, these organizations benefit all students. This event is a great way to meet other parents, build community and have some fun!

Please show your support by doing one or more of the following:

 

*  Procure items during your holiday shopping using the attached form. Questions? Please contact Melinda Davison at sbvc [at] comcast [dot] net.

*  Buy your tickets to the Auction for tickets are $75.

*  Donate wine. Purchase your wine for holiday entertaining at Stroheckers market and help the Lincoln Auction! See John Hanson or Aubrey Ricks at Stroheckers in the wine department downstairs and they will help you select the perfect wine and give you a 20% discount on your purchase if you are shopping for Lincoln. Pick up a case for your party and leave a couple bottles as a donation to the auction or just purchase one for the auction.

 

We are also looking for people to underwrite the purchase of wine to be served at the auction. We can take advantage of great deals at cost but need to have money to purchase the wine as the deals come up. If you would be willing to underwrite the purchase of a case of wine for the auction (around $70-$90) please email Renae Lind at renaelind [at] yahoo [dot] com. Donations are tax deductible. Pick up a procurement form at Stroheckers when you purchase or drop off wine and keep the back copy as your receipt.

 

*  Purchase advertising in the auction catalog:  Full covers $250, full page $175, half page $125, third page $75.  Contact Paula Jones at jones [dot] sales [at] comcast [dot] net.  This is a great way to reach the Lincoln families and support our school.

*  Join the auction committee.  Come to our next auction meeting on 1/9/12 at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria and learn about ways to help out. Come join the fun!
