Some of us reside within the Scappoose Management Unit #11 (area W of Cornelius Pass Rd) where hunting is allowed according to Department of Fish & Wildlife regulations. Hunters cannot legally hunt on private property that is cultivated, has a specific boundary like a fence, or is posted, without first obtaining the owner's permission. See the provisions of ORS 498.120, Hunting on Another's Cultivated or Enclosed Land for restrictions.
