Proposed Amendments to the SRN Bylaws

During the SRN Spring meeting on April 22, attendees will be asked to approve several amendments to our current Bylaws. Please follow this link to view a markup of the current Bylaws (last amended in 2009) and the proposed amendments that the SRN Board has put before the members for a vote. Text to be deleted is shown in strikeout, and text to be added is underlined. Note that the boundaries defined in  Article 1, Section 2 are simply a restatement of the current boundaries with no changes.
